Salsa Rueda, also known as Rueda de Casino, is a style of salsa dancing that originated in Cuba. It is typically danced in a group, with couples forming a circle and performing synchronized dance moves in response to calls or cues from a designated leader.

In Salsa Rueda, the couples constantly switch partners as they dance. This adds an element of excitement and unpredictability to the dance, as participants need to quickly adapt to dancing with different partners.

The dance is characterized by fast footwork, intricate patterns, and energetic movements. It often incorporates elements of Afro-Cuban dance, such as body isolations, hip movements, and the use of Afro-Cuban rhythms in the music.

Salsa Rueda requires strong communication and teamwork, as dancers need to listen and react quickly to the calls from the leader during the dance. The calls can range from simple moves like "Dame" (pass the partner) or "Enchufla" (bring the partner in) to more complex patterns and combinations.

Salsa Rueda is not only a vibrant and exhilarating dance style but also a social activity that promotes interaction, cooperation, and unity among dancers, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.
